Revolut’s affiliate program is inactive and isn’t accepting new affiliates. In the meantime, Wise’s affiliate program is an excellent alternative.
Revolut’s revolution is real. Revolut is a mobile banking app and financial services company. Its goal is to create a “world beyond banking” to enable “global spending and transfers without rubbish exchange rates.” Since launching in 2015, it has attracted millions of customers and received millions in funding to support growth. It has personal and business accounts and offers several products, including money transfer, prepaid debit cards, savings and budgeting tools, cryptocurrency and stock trading, mobile phone and overseas medical insurance, and Apple Pay.
Revolut’s money transfer services are exceptional because it exchanges funds at mid-market/real-time rates. Secondly, customers can transfer up to £5,000 monthly for free. Revolut will add a fee of 0.5 percent for anything above that amount. Also, weekend money transfer and currency conversion fees may apply. Premium and Metal card customers can send unlimited money transfers each month. Alongside standard mobile banking app features, Revolut offers:

Revolut has an affiliate program. It also has a plan for influencers (Revolut Pioneer). Impact, a top-rated affiliate network, hosts the program. Review the benefits, drawbacks, commission rate, cookie duration, and program details. Here’s a snapshot.

Program Benefits
Affiliates can earn fantastic commissions. Like many banking-related fintechs, Revolut pays single and low double-digit fixed commissions. However, it’s worth noting that it pays £10 per lead and up to £500 per sale through its business account affiliate program. Here’s the commission structure for personal account plans.

The commission payment threshold is low. Impact issues payments when earnings exceed 10 USD or the local equivalent. Affiliates receive payments to their bank and PayPal accounts.
Affiliates get a 30-day cookie. One of my biggest complaints with some programs is that their cookie/conversion windows are too short. Revolut’s 30-day referral period meets the industry standard, but 60 to 90 days would be more advantageous.
Deep linking is available, and it’s how an affiliate creates a link to a specific page on the merchant’s site. Instead of using a standard homepage affiliate link, you can link to a product, page, or article related to your content to increase relevance and conversion rates. Publishers can create links and direct traffic to pages of their choosing.
Revolut’s advertising banners are appealing and come in different sizes and languages. It offers a fantastic mix of creative assets.
Impact‘s affiliate marketing software is top-notch. It offers excellent and reliable tracking solutions. Furthermore, the user interface and activity reports are easy to navigate.
Revolut is a trailblazer and top-rated financial technology (fintech) company. Its focus on global and remote workers, freelancers, travelers, and smartphone users is timely and on point. It’s one of two companies that offer cost-free money transfers (TransferGo is the other). Regarding customer feedback, it has an excellent rating on Trustpilot, a top customer review site. All these factors make Revolut a worthwhile company to promote.
Program Drawbacks
An affiliate signup page outlines the program and how it works, but Revolut misses the mark. Although there is an FAQ section, Revolut omits details regarding commission rates, cookie duration, and payout thresholds. Those details are critical and help marketers decide which programs to promote. I would also change the page’s design and some of the wording to increase signups.
Revolut has a low affiliate acceptance rate. It accepts less than 5 percent of affiliates who apply to join. That’s in part because Revolut plans to relaunch its program.
Affiliates might not get paid. My payments have been overdue twice (one is currently outstanding after two emails to the affiliate manager). Revolut is the only merchant I must chase down for money. It appears they treat affiliates like their employees, i.e., with no respect or integrity. It’s embarrassing and appalling that Revolut employees would conduct themselves this way. That’s how toxic their working environment has become.
Although there’s an affiliate marketing manager, the program is poorly managed. Overdue payments, poor communication, and slow email response times are plaguing operations.
Making Money
Can you make $1,000 a month as a Revolut affiliate? You can (but you might not get paid). Revolut’s affiliate program is rewarding; I’ve made money with it. Revolut offers a growing suite of financial products for different customer segments, unlike other money transfer companies. That gives affiliates various items to promote, increasing the conversion potential. Lastly, it offers three unique programs for marketers and influencers, i.e., Retail, Business, and Pioneer.
Where should Revolut rank in your marketing activities? It should be a low priority. Revolut is one of the fastest-growing fintechs globally. It has a recognizable brand, a valuation in the billions, and plans to expand to crucial markets, such as the United States. Additionally, foreign exchange (forex), money transfer, and remittance combine for trillions of dollars in transactions. Therefore, Revolut’s products and services are in demand. On the other hand, Revolut is not committed to paying affiliates while enjoying the benefits of receiving traffic.
I don’t recommend joining Revolut’s affiliate program. Although it has excellent potential, the program is being mismanaged, and affiliates aren’t getting paid promptly (if at all).
